We gave Fitzrovia’s 10 Weymouth Street a striking new identity by transforming it from its previous incarnation – an unremarkable six-floor 1960s residential block – into a modern set of luxury apartments. We came up with an imaginative design to extend the rear elevation, add an extra floor and clad the exterior in two distinctive alloys of brass. In doing so, we created 12 new residences, including four new penthouses.
