Budapest South Gate Masterplan

UNStudioBudapest, Hungary

The design for the Budapest South Gate Masterplan envisions a transformative 135-hectare urban campus that integrates ecology, community, and innovation. Located south of Budapest’s city center and closely tied to the Danube River, the plan introduces seven interconnected neighborhoods, each with a unique identity, including a sports park, ecological promenade, heritage and innovation district, and urban retreat.
