Arquitectonica designed the architecture and the landscape for The Joseph Nashville, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood. This 21-story hotel is 369,000 SF (34,300 m2) and located on 0.79-acre site at the corner of Korean Veterans Boulevard and Fourth Avenue South. Positioned in the heart of the SoBro neighborhood, the 297-key Joseph Nashville is conveniently located within walking distance of the Music City Convention Center. Once complete, the hotel will add 100 rooms to the convention center’s room block, expanding the city’s portfolio of upscale, luxury hotel offerings.
