This villa is located within Shiba Park in Tokyo. The design explores how to blend a rectilinear, box-like form with the surrounding wooded landscape by creating an exterior that mimics the softness of living skin. The outer surface was created by spraying a mixture of soil and adhesive onto three layers of steel mesh, producing a textured and shaded façade.
