Mr. C Residences – Downtown Dubai

ArquitectonicaDubai, UAEЖильё

Mr. C Residences Downtown stretches 69 stories towards the sky and is set to become the latest landmark in Dubai’s iconic skyline. Arquitectonica’s design was inspired by transforming a static square into a dynamic facade incorporating curves and asymmetry, allowing the tower to optimize a high percentage of natural light, while each terrace provides each other shade with sweeping views of the city, Burj Khalifa and the Persian Gulf.
