Nanjing China Merchant Xuanwu Garden City

Nanjing China Merchants Center is a TOD urban complex designed by Woods Bagot. In the rapidly evolving cityscape of Nanjing, Xuanwu Garden City emerges as a new urban landmark – an immersive commercial complex blending astronomy-inspired design with ecological sensibility. Drawing inspiration from the Zijin Mountain Observatory and the biodiversity of Hongshan Forest Zoo, the project creates a unique “Astronomy + Ecology” destination rooted in local identity.
