Designed by RPBW in collaboration with Adamson Associates, this high-density, mixed-use residential tower builds upon the regeneration set in motion by The Shard and The News Building (formally known as The Place). Elevated above vibrant public space, the building enhances urban life with new green areas, retail, and leisure opportunities. Respecting its context yet confidently modern, it offers sustainable, high-quality housing while serving as a transparent, welcoming gateway to historic Southwark.
