The project introduces the first high-end residential high-rise living to Milan with two towers designed by Arquitectonica. Soaring above retail and amenity levels, Solaria and Aria offer world-class views to the Alps and to the city center below with floor to ceiling glass. The project takes the form of three rectangular solids converging in such a way as to create a triangular void. This central core brings light and ventilation throughout the complex. Each residential unit enjoys exposure on three sides, with views of the Duomo di Milano and the Alps.
