Supyo Tower

The OneX tower is situated in the heart of Seoul’s central business district, strategically positioned along the city’s two major thoroughfares: Chungmoo-ro and Cheonggye-cheon. This iconic site offers stunning views of Nam Mountain and Bukak Mountain. The development features a 33-story office tower complemented by a podium that includes retail spaces, amenities, and a publicly accessible roof garden. Notably, the partial ground level will maintain historical significance due to the discovery of old circulation routes, creating a fascinating connection between the area’s rich legacy and contemporary design. The tower’s façade draws inspiration from traditional Korean patterns and a design element known as Byungpoong. To enhance public engagement, the ground level will host a multi-purpose space, alongside a spacious atrium featuring grand stairs that link various podium levels. A thoughtfully designed skylight above the atrium will contribute to a warm and sustainable environment. The project is anticipated to break ground in the second quarter of 2025, with completion expected in 2027.
