Vancouver Mixed-Use Tower

UNStudioVancouver, Canada

The vision for the mixed-use tower in Vancouver is to create a vibrant destination that fosters community on three scales: urban design, architecture, and interior design. The project integrates public, residential, and commercial functions, with a terraced podium featuring retail, F&B, and start-up offices. A central green courtyard connects these layers, creating a multi-functional public space that serves as a new local hub within the urban fabric.
