A three-story reinforced concrete factory was renovated into an office building and showroom for a lighting design company. A buffer zone of water and greenery was introduced between the building and the front road, and two guest rooms appearing to float on water were added on the rooftop using reflective water surfaces and glass, creating a transitional space between the sky and the architecture.Facing the front road, the first green screen was composed using mirror-finished stainless steel
