482.1 TITLIS Connect
The new Titlis Connect gondola complements the existing Rotair cableway, providing a second link to the summit of Klein Titlis while securing long-term access. Running parallel to the current line, it is primarily used to transport materials for construction work on the mountain until the end of 2026. Once construction is complete, the gondola will be used only periodically by visitors. The Titlis Connect mountain station is located 2,990 meters above sea level, just below Klein Titlis and around 70 meters from the existing Rotair mountain station. An underground tunnel connects it to both the existing station and the new tower. The Titlis Connect station will also receive a unified roof and façade design, making it part of the architectural ensemble formed by the tower and the mountain station.
