The 1400m2 building sits at the heart of Hagaplan and completes the square between Karolinska Institutet and Forskaren – 3XN's award-winning life science hub. Pavia combines a flexible office building with a new metro station entrance to form a vital urban node in Hagastaden, the world-renowned life science district north of Stockholm’s city centre. Featuring a natural stone lamella façade (echoing the timber lamella façade at Forskaren), the building presents a welcoming face to the plaza and a clear architectural gesture toward the future Hagastaden metro station.
