Basque Gastronomy Centre - GOe
The project proposes an Epicurious Garden that respects the green identity of the site by regenerating it. This new attractor will balance out the gravity of the whole city which is otherwise leaning more towards the west. The Epicurious Garden naturally integrates itself into the Gros neighbour by aligning to the city axis and its continuous green canopy invites people into a generous floating space. Working in a neighbourhood with a strong identity, the building integrates into its context by enhancing the site. It becomes both a journey and an exciting new destination that welcomes several end-user types by means of accessible and attractive plazas and terraces. The Epicurious Garden is not just a building, but the integration of nature into the city.
