The lobby at Maersk’s headquarters invites both employees and clients inside a curated space where the pungent aroma of freshly brewed coffee from the café swirls in the air. The design of the lobby ensures easy navigation and is surrounded by informal lounge areas that shelter a social atmosphere. Scandinavian design forms the base of the lobby with a minimalistic colour palette, cozy accents, and striking modern furniture in natural materials with incorporated stylish yet durable fabrics. The scope of the project includes a new café for staff and public use, new informal meeting areas, lounge areas and a new circular courtyard.
