For more than 60 years, the Schüco headquarters on Karolinenstraße has defined the cityscape of Bielefeld. Over the decades, the site has gradually expanded, becoming a large campus with buildings from different eras. Located on the north-western edge of the site, this scheme is an extension that forms a bridge over Schücostraße, creating a direct connection with the existing headquarters. The building is an open, modern, and corridor-free office environment that combines Scandinavian clarity and functionality with expressive forms and precise detailing.
