T3 Bayside
T3 Bayside is a pioneering timber office building in Toronto’s new mixed-use community, Bayside, on the shore of Lake Ontario. At 42 metres high, it is the tallest timber office building in North America. The ambition for the project has been to set a new standard for sustainable timber construction while providing a world-class office building which reflects the integrated ‘live-work-play’ ethos of the emerging Bayside community. On a local scale, the building creates a continuously activated ground level, with retail on all sides and with additional community and shared spaces stepping up around the central plaza. Together, this collection of spaces provides a vibrant mix of new possibilities for the whole neighbourhood, including venues for event spaces, flexible office space, and community and co-working facilities, to name a few.
