Tilia Tower© is an ambitious and sustainable wooden building on the outskirts of Lausanne, Switzerland. The scheme includes an 85-metre-tall tower as well as the transformation and renovation of two existing buildings for the real estate company Insula SA. The new mixed-use tower consists of apartments, serviced-apartments with social/common spaced retail, and co-working/office space. The ambitious project brings life to the neighbourhood with its new public spaces that improve the urban development.
